Shipping

Do you ship to the USA?

Yes! We ship to the United States for a flat $18 AUD. Delivery takes approximately 10–20 business days from Sydney, Australia.

How long does Australian delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours (business days). Metro areas typically receive orders within 3–7 business days after dispatch; allow extra time for regional/rural addresses.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free standard shipping on every Australian order, whatever the size.

Do you offer multi-buy discounts?

Yes. Mix any colours: buy 2 or more holders and they're $17.49 each, 3 or more $15.99 each, 4 or more $14.99 each. The discount applies automatically in your cart.

Customs & Duties

Will I pay customs or import fees on my US order?

Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs fees or import taxes in their country. Check your local rules before ordering.

Currency

What currency will I be charged in?

Australian buyers are charged in AUD. US buyers are charged in USD — prices are automatically converted from AUD at the current exchange rate.

Can I return my order?

How do I track my order?

All orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Is the AirTag holder waterproof?

Yes — the sealed silicone holder is rated waterproof to 1 metre for 30 minutes, which covers beach swims, rain, puddles and baths. It isn't designed for diving or long periods underwater. Rinse it in fresh water after the beach.

Does the AirTag come included?

No — you're buying the holder only. The Apple AirTag is sold separately — here's how to get one.

Which collars does it fit?

Standard nylon, leather and fabric collars 15–25mm wide. Measure your collar's width before ordering if you're unsure.

Is an AirTag the same as GPS?

No. An AirTag shows your dog's location when an iPhone passes nearby, using Apple's free Find My network. It works well in suburbs and at busy beaches, less well in remote bush. A cellular GPS tracker gives live location but needs a monthly subscription.
