Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders under $100 AUD.

Customs & Duties

Will I pay customs or import fees on my US order?

Most FETCH orders fall below the US duty-free threshold of $800 USD, so no customs fees should apply. Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs fees in their country.

Currency

What currency will I be charged in?

Australian buyers are charged in AUD. US buyers are charged in USD — prices are automatically converted from AUD at the current exchange rate.
